Specifically, the base Sport trim level and the Touring Premium package have been discontinued for 2023. The new trim lineup includes the Touring, Touring Plus, Carbon Edition, Grand Touring, and Signature. All Mazda CX-9 trims reflect a distinctive, sporty style throughout the exterior. This stunning model has an extended profile with subtle curves through the precision-defined hood and the roof. The Mazda CX-9’s sides have a swell of contouring, and this swell angles slightly forward. Lower-body accentuation runs from bumper to bumper. The nose has piercing, slender LED headlights that are topped by a bold ribbon of light. They angle downward slightly to connect with the large, crest-like grille.
Under the hood, the Mazda CX-9 offers one powertrain across the trims. Its turbo 2.5-liter, four-cylinder engine produces either 227 horsepower or 250 horsepower, depending on the type of gas used. The standard equipment also includes an all-wheel drive and an auto six-speed transmission.
All trims are magnificently outfitted with an array of desired features. All 2023 Mazda CX-9 trims come with a wireless charging pad, a triple-zone climate control system, power or hands-free power liftgate, the availability of captain’s chairs in the second row, a 10.25-inch infotainment system screen, leather material, adaptive cruise control, forward collision mitigation, and other items.
