The best way to determine what type of relief is available to you is to contact the customer service department by phone and to speak with an agent about your situation.
END OF LEASE OPTIONS
When you initially signed your lease, you may have had plans to trade up to a new Mazda at the end of the lease. However, you may not yet be in a situation where this is feasible or desirable. You may be able to request an extension for a short period, or you could apply for a loan to set up payments for the purchase of the vehicle if you intend to return the vehicle at the end of the lease, schedule time to drop it off with our team by calling the dealership today.

WHAT IS A MAZDA LOAN DEFERMENT?
One type of auto loan relief that some of our customers may qualify for is a loan deferment. If you are eligible for a deferment, you could be permitted to delay making a payment for a short period without penalties. Your term will be extended, and the missed payments will be made at the end of the lease.
HOW WILL A MAZDA LOAN DEFERMENT AFFECT MY CREDIT RATING?
Your credit rating could be damaged by skipping payments outside of the deferment period. On the other hand, if you only skip payments during the approved deferment period, your credit rating will not be affected.
HOW DO I REQUEST A MAZDA LOAN DEFERMENT?
You must formally apply for a loan deferment by contacting the lender. Remember to continue making payments as usual until your deferment request is approved.
